Genesis Framework-Lifestyle Theme - Cannot add header image

My access to the StudioPress forum has been deactivated, and I have no idea why. I have struggled to add a 930 x 500 image to the header section. I have changed all the settings in functions.php and in CSS. Has anyone else figured this out?

Looking at the demo on their site I see this in the CSS:

url(http://demo.studiopress.com/lifestyle/files/2011/05/header1.png) no-repeat;
