How to display recipe ratings in search results

I have a recipe website, I noticed that some recipe websites show ratings of a recipe in Google Search results. How do I add those ratings to my website so that when someone searchs for a recipe and my site appears in the results, it has ratings of the recipe.

Lorax no actually Google shows ratings even for movies I think it uses microformats for that. It also shows stars for movie review results from rotten tomatoes
