I have built a website with wordpress, my website content sometimes appear in Google's top ten, and sometimes not, but after a few days later it will appear in the top ten, why this occurs?thanks

That is pretty much how google works. The search engine is live and always recalculating. Just keep putting up good relevant content and you will be alright. Make sure that you use the all in one seo pluggin in. It is very good. Also make sure you fix your permalinks.

I've used the "All in One SEO Pack" and it seem to help my rank. I read the "WordPress SEO by Yoast" may even be better.

1. Might be you have signed in while searching for your website. Log out from all your google accounts and clean the history. And now search with your targeted keywords
