client side: REBOL

anyone writing desktop apps in this?

I'd looked at REBOL once before and dismissed it, but this article [ Simple Content Management [alistapart.com] ] caused me to revisit it. I installed REBOL/view [rebol.com] (free) and have been tweaking some of the free scripts to create some very handy utilities, such as polling/monitoring my POP, SMTP, and 5 selected web pages .

Anybody else using rebol?

I did the same as you, look at it go neato then set it aside. I believe I was intrigued because it was also compatible with the Mac OS. Maybe I'll dig it up some more.
