Hi,

Maybe someone here has an good reference for a search and replace program available. I need to replace text in over 200 files located on a server and need the ability to do that efficiently with some sort of script or program. Any ideas? I've downloaded BKreplaceEm but it doesn't look like it has a feature to FTP or Log on to a server and replace there...

Thanks,
Dan

I use Allaire HomeSite (now Macromedia HomeSite) and open all of the pages, then do a find and replace for 'all open pages' ;) going to do that tonight when i get home to fix some broken links.

does that require you to import directories/files and the FTP them when you're done, or can these changes be made server side?

It uses FTP connections, and you open them up on your end you mofify them and you can save all or close all and all the changes will be saved to the server :)
