All Caps requests in log

Why am I seeing this

Throughout my sites, multiple ones in the logs people are requestin PAGE.PHP, whatever page it may be in all caps.

Bringing on 404s, anyone else seeing this ? Or know the common reason for this happening?

heheh doing a little research shows the requests for the WHOLE site are coming from china, could this be spam related since more than 1/2 of my emails are spam from china/korean sites.

I noticed the same thing when I was reviewing last months logs, but all the request were made from a verizon ip in the US. The refferer for the requests was IP*Works! V5 HTTP/S Component - by /n software - www.nsoftware.com, a tool thats used for spam crawling. I'm guessing its people who have improperly configured their crawlers.
