Tool to find cheater in TopList ?

I'm looking for a tool that can check website to see if the webmaster load the voting url of a top list system in an IFRAME or in a FRAME. Such tool should be able to crawl website and look if a particular URL is loaded in a FRAME or IFRAME.

Does it exist ?

Not that I know of Roland. You'd need something custom for that.

do you just need to see what links (iframe/frame) a site contains?

what do I need to look for ?

I should be able to block vote from:
- anonymizer services
- multiple vote from the same IP in a "session" (30 minutes + cookies)
- forced vote (URL loaded from an IFRAME or a FRAME)
- vote with bad referrer (even if referrer can be faked...)

Is there a way to get the unique ID of the network card from a web server ?
Maybe by looking at the tcp/ip packet structure with a CGI script ?
I could take the unique id of the network card, and store the MD5 of this ID in a database with the time of the query.

I think that there is already some tool that can fake vote but I haven't found any, if someone could give me the url of such a tool in my sticky.
