Event View Warning message, what does it mean

Has anyone had this problem before. The server was running fine and all of a sudden I started to get these messages.
They occur every 15 minutes, and I've been back through the event view log to see when they start, but there doesn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary.

This is the message.

Event ID: 213
Source: LicenseService
Type: Warning
Category: None

Description:
Replication of license information failed because the LIcense Logging Servce on the Server \\PWDJP_HUB could not be contacted.

Well I didn't end up getting a answer as to how it came about, and the solution was rather simple so I though I better post it in case someone else has the same problem down the track.

Turn off the License Server. It is not an essential part of the SQL Server, and stopping it only means you are unable to run a few reports which I couldn't see anyone wanting in the first place.
