High bandwidth host for streaming video

recommendations for a well priced and reliable host

I will be creating a website for a large charity. The site will have up to 100 video clips.

- Each clip will be 2-3 minutes max.

- Each clip will offer a version for 56k connection and one for high bandwidth connection.

- I don't yet know the audience size but it could be between 20 - 200 simultaneous streams / downloads.

Can anyone recommend a well priced and reliable high-bandwith host for this kind of site.

Ideally it would be good if they support php too.
