Multiple IP's and Name Server

Hello all, I currently run IIS 5.1 on Windows XP Pro, running ADSL internet access with the use of 5 static IP's. 1 of which is configured for internet access and for my local web server. I use an Efficient Networks ADSL Router. Now on to my questions...
I just registered a domain from GoDaddy.com and...
1. Would like to register my own Name Servers so that my domain name points to my computers IP. Instead of using an outside service. (How do I do this? If not possible, any recommendations of other options?)
2. Have sub-domains (i.e service.mydomain.com, help.mydomain.com etc.) point to my other 4 static IP's. (Can this be done? If so, how?)
I already have my server set-up correctly. (I think) meaning that when I use an outside computer and type in my IP, the website comes up.
Any help, recommendations or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

We're pleased to have you join us at WebmasterWorld MichaelU, welcome! The page at [bind8nt.meiway.com...] details how to go about making your name server available to the world. Unfortunately, we'll need to wait for a IIS guru to answer your second question.

The info below applies to Windows 2000, and probably applies to XP as well.
To run multiple web sites (which is what sub-domains are), you will need to have the "server" version of IIS/Windows. The "pro" version only supports one web site. After that, you need to go into IIS Manager. In the Web Site tab, you need to click "Advanced". You can then assign port Host Headers, Ports, and IP addresses to each web site.

Thanks for the help. I recently switched to Windows 2000 Advanced Server and I think I have everything working ok. Win XP's server just doesn't have all the bells and whistles one needs to accomplish everything. Thanks again for the reply's!
