I'm running against inconsistencies with viewability of a HTML/Flash-mixed site.

[atvinc.com...]

The first page (HTML) leads to a Flash section of the site, which begins with a preloader. The inconsistency is that the site hangs up on some systems at the preloader. It just keeps cycling and won't continue on.

The site has checked out on several configs (Win 98, Win 2000 & Mac - up to now, that is). My client has Mac (w/ DSL at home), and everything was fine. I've started a new day job, which is on a Mac-based network. Can't get past the preloader. The same thing is happening with her clients on NT.

My hunch is, that this is a network admin issue (Permissions, maybe? Don't know enough about this area..) What's the consensus out there?

I'd sure appreciate some feedback.

Thanks,
Janice

From here (Phoenix) it looks as if the problem may not be the at the site. For the last day or two, all of the sites I try to access whose trafffic is routed through Los Angles are interminably slow loading although the ping times are good. Looks to me as if some major router or switch between here and there is having problems.
