Help - need a web hosting recommendation

to support ASP and SQL database

I need a recommendation for a RELIABLE web hosting provider. We need a hosting provider that supports ASP and a SQL database. Our current provider has our site up and down on a daily basis.

Strong recommendations are greatly appreciated.
