Business Directory Software

Looking for an off the shelf product

I have prospective client that wants to cut all ties with their current developer/host.

They have an existing business directory that allows that them to create, modify and delete entries.

Has anyone have any experiences with or suggestions for a "off the shelf" directory building product that offers some degree of configuration?

Check out Links2 at [gossamer-threads.com....] Pretty killer system. I use it on my site and I love it.

I am not too sure if it is off-the-shelf, or if it is even the best product out there, but I think we use Open Site where I currently work.

I vote for Links2. The other oft-cited system is hyperseek [hyperseek.com].

Agerhart, I think I've reviewed Open Site before and it seemed promising, do you have an url?

For an online app, see [linkmanager.com...] (but why rent when you can own?)
