Job Board recommendations?

Hi Folks:

We're starting a job board in relation to one of our sites, and I'm on the hunt for some job board software. We'll be having multiple users sign up and post jobs, and then our current traffic base can apply online for those jobs which will be emailed to the job poster.

I know there's a big field of them to look at, from PHP to ColdFusion, ASP, and beyond... We'd prefer something that would run on a basic Apache server, that can handle high traffic (eventually).

What are the big contenders in the field, if any? How about open source apps? Can anyone point me to somewhere to get started on this?

If you are looking for open source, I suggest you try Sourceforge.net. There are many software you could use and modify according to your need.
