Should we host the websites in geographically dispersed different IPs?

I have one question related to domain names, website hosting and SEO. Well, many people do re-seller shared hosting, on which lots of domains are hosted on single IP. Re-seller hosting or keeping multiple domain names, saves the money.

My question is that if we host suppose 10 domains at same IP, does it not appreciated by Google/SEO? Should we keep C Class IP different for our domains? That means, we need take hosting accounts with multiple companies and have our geographically dispersed hosting?

We use to care about it some 5-7 years now, so nowadays it doesn't matter to have my 10 websites at shared hosting?

Any official Google documentation about this thing?

Generally, no. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you're not doing anything spammy and you're with a reputable hosting company.
