Redirect with 301 or 302 for similar domain names.

I'm afraid to shoot myself.

I own several variations of the domain name of my website.
I have those domains hosted with the default hosted parked pages and I see they have some traffic.
I would like to redirect that traffic to the "good" domain in which my website is, they are like 20 websites.
Which redirect type should I use in this case in order to don't hurt my current website, 301 or 302?
Must of these will be going to a subdomain like :
www.redwdigets.com redirect to www.red.widgets.com
www.bluewdigets.com redirect to www.blue.widgets.com

Others domain will go directly to the main website :
www.widgetz.com redirect to www.widgets.com
www.wigets.com redirect to www.widgets.com

What do you think?

I thought this was a "SEO 101" question. :(

I believe you should use a 301, since there's nothing on your other domains and if you don't plan to develop any of those, go for the 301.
