I am assuming that you mean you have the username and password! Otherwise you are asking in the wrong place...
So - I have never used Peoplesoft, but it is often possible to pass your login details all in one link to bypass a login page, but the real danger is that you leave your username and password in the link - so it cannot be a link that is on the web.
You should ask Peoplesoft if this is possible with their login system, but the theory is: Look at the login form, convert the post to a get and see what variables you parse at then see if you can link all the way through to the entry page using a "get" format.
Do NOT put the link onto a web page unless you really are happy for the general public to go into the arrea and also be very wary of putting the links into emails where you would not usually put yourt passwords.
By the way... this isn't really a tracking and logging question so you may want to ask in a more HTML like forum, so I am moving the post.
