Just curious about something.
I am currently writing my own CMS type application. I notice that just about every man and his dog has one of these now with the Rich Text Editor functionality built into it.
I have found a few free RTE's online, trying to figure out the deal here in regards to copyright etc.
Some of these sites say 'take it and do what you like with it'.
Guess I am just trying to get an opinion on the best way to tackle this. Pay a licence each time I use one or just hit the free ones and hope for the best.
