Flash or WM or RM or Quicktime

Advantages & Drawbacks of video formats

Hi All,

I would like to learn the positives & negatives of providing video streaming in the various formats : Flash, WM, RM & Quicktime.

Also which of these can be viewed on websites being viewed on mobile devices.

Flash - most widely used plug in - does more than video so great format.

Quicktime - annoying for non Mac users. I hate Quicktime and the mess it does with my computer. I always removed it when I no longer need it. I hate Quicktime with a passion.

Real Player is annoying. I hate it too. Can't save the movie and play it back to many delays even on a high speed connection.

WM - Ditto RP. I hate this format. Don't like that I can't crontrol and replay it at will - and that Microsoft forbids me from copying and stuff.

Only Flash is flexible, does't mess with your computer, and plays back without any problems on all platforms. And with Flash 8, the results are better than ever.
