I am setting up Matts Form Mail 1.92 for users to submit their urls to a real estate directory. I want them to surf to single best category for their site. Click on submit button which will bring up the form I have created and have it automaticly insert the URL of the page they are submitting from, where they just were. Is there a way to do this?

Hi lizardlips, firstly I would strongly recommend replacing Matt's formmail script with the much more secure replacement NMS-Formmail script available here:

[nms-cgi.sourceforge.net...]

Even Matt himself is recommending the NMS script over his own, which has been plagued by numerous security holes which allowed spammers to send thousands of emails from vulnerable servers.

Having said that, the formmail scripts aren't able to do what you want. There are, however, a number of web directory scripts, some free, some which cost several hundred dollars. As I don't know your precise needs, rather than recommending a specific script I would suggest that you look through and test some of the web directory scripts listed at sites such as hotscripts.com. In most cases, you will need a server-side scripting language such as PHP or ASP and a database such as MySQL: check with your host to see what they offer.
