I'm looking for the best tool for managing FAQ's on my website. My preference is for a open source solutions (ie free). I would like it to support multiple levels & categories with user level security. Any recommendations would be welcome.

I have used a teriffic FAQ manager from Xigla Software [xigla.com...] called the Absolute FAQ manager.
It's not free, but it installs very easily and their support is very good.
