Edit modify dates.

can my website automatically update these?

Hello all!
I have just done a link check on my site and I have found all the pages on my site have their creation/modification dates.

Would it benefit me to try to find out how I can stop them from showing?
As my homepage it is constantly updating with new information,
But I don’t believe the new content will benefit me if google knows my page is not actually beeing manually modified.
