Converting Audio to mp3

Application to convert audio file to native mp3 layer3

Hi List

Can someone tell me what application can convert an audio file I recorded into my PC in realtime using Sound Forge to mp3 format? I am looking for native layer3 format and SF won't do it.

I guess several applications are capable of this. I have Sorensen Squeeze if that will do.
