need software to manage dynamic mini-sites with multiple URLs

I am interested in making many web-sites that have very similar content with only a few slight changes. Each site should also have a different domain name. Anybody have recs for good software to do this?

I've done this with MovableType. I'm sure a lot of the open source CMS packages could do this as well.
