I need a good script to use

I wanted to create a step-by-step knowledge base for one of my older sites. Does anyone know where I can download a easy to use and configurable script?

I use this script for my subscribers on my Windows Setup site. Easy to install, cheap and the service first class. Requires MYSQL. Has footers and headers.
