I run one of those technology-challenged companies - all of my data is stored in QuickBooks.
I want to be able to measure customer satisfaction for the translation services that we provide. How do I make that happen simply?
Basically I want to type up a list of questions and send it to each customer and vendor associated with a job and ask them to fill the questionnaire. I called QB support to ask but they offered no solution.
What kind of technology do I have to use?
Thank you in advance.

Some ideas:
when you invoice, put a Postage Paid Business Reply Card in there with a quick survey.
Create a simple webpage with a "poll". Scripts abound for this.
Follow up a job with a phone call or email a week later. You might be surprised what you hear.
It doesn't have to be complicated, and you probably won't be able to do anything with your QuickBooks system.
