Race Ticker advice wanted

I operate a timing company which monitors and times sports events like marathons and triathlons.
How can I set up on our website, a timing ( real time comment broadcast) during the race, which shows Internet viewers the progress of their fiends / loved ones?
I think it's called Race Ticker .
Money is not the biggest issue.
Easiest setup is preferred.

That's just a count-up timer if I understand what you're after. I'm guessing that you could use a number of technologies to run this on a site (Flash, Java, JavaScript). How would you be syncing this is the question.

You're the timing pro. Is there any data output by your timing system?
