CMS systems -same listing multiple categories

Could this be considered dupe content?

Hello all,

I'm puting the finishing touches on a new CMS and I was wondering if the better minds here could offer me thier opinions as to whether automating things so that the same listing can appear in multiple categories could trigger a dupe content pentaly?

It would seem not as it will really be only one entry in the database, but dupe content penalties are so harsh, I'd like a second opinion if anyone has one to offer...
