I need to run PPC listings from a popular search script within a site with a number of community features that I don't want to learn to program.

"a number of community features that I don't want to learn to program." sounds like a CMS. If I wanted to keep the look of the site consistent and professional, I would think I would deliver the PPC pages through the CMS because I'm a sub-optimal web designer so I figure I'd be messing with the navigation for the rest of my life to get the separate types of pages to look similar if I didn't use something like a CMS.

But how is this done? Is this something that PHP will do well? Can I take the dynamic PPC URL's (I could strip them down to the most basic things--it's a templating system)and present them in the content area.

Would it be faster to feed XML to a CMS?
Is there a CMS that is particularly good at integrating other pages data?
This sound to my inexperienced ear like a recipe for a very slow site, is it important to use a lean mean CMS system to do this? Are there any?

What CMS would you recommend to an inexperienced webmaster that need to integrate other content into it?
