Blogging site script?

Looking for a script for my users to keep a blog

Hi, I want to set up a site, where my users can keep their own blogs

I do not need a huge CMS system, just a good blogging tool for my users, and prefereably a forum as well.

Hope you have some ideas.

What Web Server are you using? What languages do you plan on using?

Just a shot in the dark, but I guess this will be of help:
You may try Drupal. It is fairly simple community content management system and will allow your users to have their own blogs.
