SMS provider recommendations

Can anyone recommend and good SMS provider that I can use to send SMS messages to cell phones via a website?

I signed up for a free trial from Clickatell and they were great and answered questions quickly, but since I deposited money into my account for the first time I've been unable to get answers to my questions, so I'm now looking for a service which has reliable and prompt support.

I'll probably only be sending around 25,000 messages per month initially, mainly to users in the USA but I need worldwide messaging abilities and I could do with having the ability to send to "ported" numbers as well in cases where users phone numbers have been moved between providers.

I'd like to use a provider who can accept messages being posted to them either via HTTP or a COM object in a Windows environment.

Any tips or pointers would be appreciated.

We use BulkSMS.co.uk to contact our customers (not a great name but a good service).

Easy to SMS via the web or Visual Basic.

We have used Clickatell recently, and their service appears to be very good. The messages got through nicely in real-time and it all appeared quite efficient.
