Need to change servers, which server do you recommend?

For an Ecommerce Site

I need a server with Cpanel 9.0 (thats what I am used to) AWStats, php/sql support, frontpage extentions, 50-100 Gigabytes of bandwidth, and 2-4 Gigs of space. It also needs to accept credit cards. I know I need SSC and SSL, (can I buy SSC from GoDaddy, where my domain is also registered? How much is it?)

Which hosting company should I stick with? I was thinking about IPowerWeb, but before I make any decisions, which hosting companies do you guys use, or would you recommend for me?
