Rackspace DFW datacenter goes down - how redundant is your hosting?

In case you haven't heard by now Rackspace's DFW datacenter went down yesterday and various reports suggest that there was at least an hour of complete downtime with no power.

So how redundant is your website and hosting?

So how redundant is your website and hosting?

Downtime happens to most sites occasionally, even with redundant hosting. I think it's best to have some contingency plans in place, but for many smaller sites, the costs of fully-redundant hosting outweigh the benefits. Do you use multiple servers at different locations?
