How do I start using dreamweaver on sites that I have already created?

I know how to just open a page I created but I want to bring over the whole site structure. Thank you

As far as I am aware, Dreamweaver does not have a feature where you can import a website into it from the web with the site structure maintained. Instead, I use Microsoft Front Page for this purpose.
If you have a local copy of your site, then you just define it as a site within Dreamweaver.

Yes, you can "import" a site. All you need to do is create a new site within Dreamweaver - in other words, name it and give it the appropriate root locations of local files and remote files. If you only have remote files available, then download them via ftp and the appropriate structure will be maintained.
