Hosting with libgr-progs and libjpeg as well as some standard stuff

Hello. I'm i search of a host for a client's site that uses the following technologies:

- PHP
- MySQL
- Mod_rewrite
- libjpeg (djpeg/cjpeg)
- libgr-progs (pnmscale)

Plus, it must have good phone support as per the request of my client...

Any suggestions? So far I've been around to a few like pair.com and lypha.com, but they don't offer good phone support AFAIK...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
