Problem with a sound file

I have tried everything (that I understand) but can't solve this:
Can anyone convert this AIF sound file [wordsandpeople.com...]
into a WAV file and email it to me at that address on the web page?

Thanks for sending the file - but I can't use it.
The Wav doesn't open (would you mind zipping it, that sometimes helps). I can't import the swf into my Flash movie. Is it possible to import a swf (sound file) into a new Flash movie? I'm using Flash 4.
