I'm seeing a lot of user agents coming to my site that look like the following.

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; {4B6B2443-0F64-470D-B5B4-8DEEF60541F1}; .NET CLR
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; Win 9x 4.90; {6989C9E5-2F85-4609-89F3-56DEF32EA9E3})
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; {16C43E61-3C6A-11D9-A872-0010B5003CC7}; .NET CLR 1.1.
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; {84A4A909-4C5A-4B86-A2DD-45B674985105})
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; {7268688D-658B-4EA1-96F1-DEC2F2F85A56}; SV1)

Are these numbers a sign of a Spyware Infection?

Utilities, toolbars... add that sort of information in the registry. These add-ons do not always mean spyware infected users.
