Menu system Help

Ive seen it , like it, but dont know what it is

Hi,

I have seen a menu system that is as follows:
1.Tradtional menu across top of site
2.On Hover a transparent box drops down
3.Sub links appear in this transparent box nicely styled.
4.The system is good for SE , as when i look at it with a lynx browser the links appear in the code, helping source order.

If anybody knows what i should be looking out for in search can you please let me know. I emailed one webmaster who used such a system and he told me that he used a template built into DW , but i cant find it.

Hopefully somebady can help as i have static pages, but one menu bar wont cover everything any more.
