Just like to know if some of you use text-browser to find out what bots see and do not see when crawling your website (without sessions, cookies, etc..) as recommended by the Google webmaster guidelines.
Could you explain how Lynx works (I am not a MS DOS expert). Is there something bette than Lynx? And why such features is not implemented in popular browser such as Firefox, Mozilla or Opera - forget IE :)
Thanks

Lynx seems very very difficult to run...
But I found out that (thanks to this forum) that Opera 7+ have a special "Emulate text browser" CSS which works great... Very very useful to see what bots get. I also laughed :) with the nostalgia 8-bit simulation.
