FTP problem with Dreamweaver, but not WS_FTP

The program used for FTP is Dreamweaver, which hasn't been a problem until I tried to connect to my Road Runner home page.

For whatever reason a FTP connection can be made using WS_FTP Pro, but DW just chokes telling me a connection cannot be made.

Is there some insidious plot by RR to force us to buy yet one more program to FTP to their 5MEG home pages?

Has anyone else who has RR been able to make a FTP connection with DW MX?

You might have to change the
DW settings for a passive connection.
