I know there are sites you can go to and have them check links on whatever site. Is there a personal program or spider anyone can recommend that you can run on your own site to check every page for bad links? I am thinking of a one click operation with a simple report given back with problem pages and links identified. Thanks.

I've been using Xenu [home.snafu.de] for quite a spell, it does a good job, it's free, and I'm too busy (or maybe lazy) to find something better!

I use CheckLinks... I run it through telnet, and it gives you your results in the telnet window... but if you don't need HTML output, it's *very* configurable, and can even check cgi links. I'm a very happy camper with it.

Thanks guys, I tried out Xenu (not real telnet smart mivox, thank you though)and it is a nice little program doing exactly what I am looking for.

The best one I tried is LinkBot Pro. Has all the features you may want!

asuprun, I checked and it's $395. Thanks, but free is cheaper :)
