Looking for a CMS Program

I am looking for a program with these features: Coded in PHP and uses MySQL databases, News posting, Articles, product list and review(shopping carts no needed), etc...

I know CMSs has news and article function, but I haven't found one has product list and review features. In other words, is there an CMS has perfect features?
any suggestions?

What is the best for your situation is difficult for others to decide. The best you can do is to perform an online comparison at [cmsmatrix.org...] You can select several programs and compare their individual features.
