IIS 6 Hosting Websites without Control Panel

please let me know the procedure to host a website

Can anyone give a guide to host around 10 websites on IIS 6 on windows 2003 server, without using any control panel.

I need a guide tos setup account for each website
then change the DNS enteries for that website
Then make an FTP account for users.

Any help would be great.

I have searched in microsoft help, but wasn't able to find the things
