Yahoo! denies server or blockage problems. Also, states I have to prove the problem to them.
The professional service states "Not our problem", yet traffic patterns show the customers visits started dropping as soon as their work was published on the Internet.

Is there an Internet service or program to address these problems and offer reports to encourage these professional organizations to fix the problem?

Actions I have taken:
Thinking an embedded 25K javascript in the header had oversized my html page I had it removed to bring average html file size down under 30K.
Using Xenu to test for broken links cannot get past the "connection aborted" or "cancelled / timeout" that accounts for over 1/3 of all links tested. Re-test and different links fail but at the 1/3+ rate of failure.
Installed a trial version of WebPartner and tests do show the transient nature of the problem and severity of the problem.
I know of no addition or changes to server-side scripts.
What next?
