Help me find the proper CMS

I need a simple, free CMS that can be used to create and sort different types of objects. Bare with me, this is pretty hard to explain.

For example, users can post content blocks with multiple pictures, freeform text and some modifiers. I've found good scripts that let people post just text or just pictures but none that lets you customize the posts. One important thing is the ability to add keywords on each post. These keywords can then be used to search for related items.

I'd be grateful if someone understood what I'm looking for and even more so if they could help.

Thanks, movable type looks good but the free version seems pretty limited. Any other suggestions?
