FTP Program - Windows Service - Schedule

Can anyone recommend a FTP scheduling program that will run as a Windows service (Windows NT / XP / 2003)?

I currently have a web host that gives us 20GB of space for backup for all of our sites, the only problem is that I need to FTP the backup file each day manually. This is getting tedious and I would like an automated solution to setup a schedule to FTP at 4am each night for the 5GB backup file.

I have tried a variety of programs but none of them seem to work perfectly as they either crash, dont run as a true Windows service or something else is wrong.

WS_FTP Pro runs as a front-end for Microsoft Scheduler. I use it to update parts of web sites automatically.
