Hosting companies in the UK

I hope that this is the correct forum for this question.

We have different web sites hosted by two different hosting companies. We're experiencing problems with BOTH today.

One of them costs us around GBP500 per year and it's down so often I wonder when it is up.

Can someone recommend (sticky me please if it's against the TOC to recommend) a UK based hosting company that doesn't have too much down-time but does have MSSQL (not MySQL please).

I'm sure that we loose customers every month because of this, expensive, company.

Any help gratefully received.
