script for windows server to enter form data and be able to upload...

Hi guys... can any one recommend a script for a Windows server that will take form data from an .html page... but also allow them to upload several pictures... and have it emailed to me?

basically... like formmail... but with the ability to upload files also!

You need a server side script, probably ASP if you'r IIS. Just google [google.com...]

Don't forget to limit the types of file uploads, you don't want anybody uploading .exe to your server :)
