Changing Servers

keeping old ip - any problems?

I found many threads about changing servers and ip's, but I couldn't find any on changing servers and keeping the same ip.

Will there be any spidering problems if I change servers, but keep the same IP address?

No...you shouldn't have any problems. I would consider that an ideal solution. Now you don't have to worry about dns caching issues etc.
