FTP Server timeout

What happens exactly?

Today can't upload to my ftp, tried several different ftp servers (sites I have) and that's what I get:

Connection closed. Server timeout.
Command aborted. Server timeout.
PORT 168,226,104,6,12,86
Command aborted. Server timeout.
PORT 168,226,104,6,12,97
Connection closed.

What is happening?
I have no spyware and email and web pages seems to work...

If the problem is with FTP only, and not Web, then it may be a problem with a firewall at your ISP.
